In-Person Counselling in Alberta
If the idea of traditional, face-to-face therapy is what you’re looking for, you will be pleased to know that we offer in-person counselling sessions in Alberta. Our therapists create a confidential and non-judgmental atmosphere in which clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences when it comes to therapy and are happy to accommodate those who prefer an in-person approach if available. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Online Counselling Available for All Albertans
Online therapy is a great option for those who are feeling a little uncomfortable with meeting with someone face to face right away. It is incredibly convenient and is a beautiful way to ease into the therapy space from the comfort of your own home. Online counselling is a wonderful option when the weather outside is frightful—eliminating travel time. It is also a great option if you live in a small community with little to no access to counsellors. Often, if we know people in the community, it can feel uncomfortable connecting with a therapist that is close to other people in your hometown. Online counselling creates more space between yourself and people you may know on a personal level.

“I can’t thank Brianne enough for creating a safe space for me. As a male who was very hesitant about seeing a counsellor, I was humbled by her grace and patience as she equipped me with tools to reshape my mindset. Thank you Metanoia Mental Health for shedding the light on the power and confidence I’ve always had and helping me harness and hone it to navigate all the difficult facets of life.
